Looking for an alliance that is organised (individual battle group chats, members tag one another regularly for AQ/AW, prioritises defender diversity for AW, set paths...etc).

The alliance I was in previously got Gold 1 last season but some players were slacking especially in AQ so I left, now looking for something better.
