Quest crystal trade in

I opened my first one, I never saved those crystals before.

2 T5 basic iso.

If I had opened 100 quest crystals at 75iso each- that would’ve been 7500 iso. That’s assuming I get the lowest iso possible.

I lost 1500 iso

Whats Kabams reasoning behind this?

    It’s a gamble, you could get 1000 units. It’s just like arena crystals. Chances are, you’ll get more gold and units if you open 10 basic crystals instead of 2 uncollected. But, if you get lucky you could get a lot more gold or units from the uncollected ones.
