Please bring some balance in 6* pulls

TJ82TJ82 Member Posts: 610 ★★★

The above is not my roster, but of my alliance mate who has explored LOL, all Variants and completed 6.4. A few will say that this has some decent heroes, but when you will compare with people with similar number of 6*, you will understand why this roster is not as good. Not someone whom you would like to R2 immediately.

I myself with 15 6* did having Venom, Stealthy and CG as my last 3 pulls. Also have seen many with 7-8 6*s having amazing roster.

Kabam we need some balance

I'd trade 2 of my Heimdall pulls for that Sinister.

The RNG factor is what you signed up for in Marvel Casino of Champions, and honestly I don't mind it

RNG is okay to an extent, but some balance is still needed in Good or Bad heroes you getting from 6* pulls. This kind of bad pulls makes good player quit this game.
Then they would have to acknowledge that some champs suck and are common/rare or whatever. I'd rather that they implemented every 9 crystals you open with stratified contents without getting a top option, you get a random top option, guaranteed. If you open a cheaper basic, you take your chances and you get what you get.

But that wouldn't be RNG.... No matter if the "balanced" the pool, what happens if you continue to get the champs you consider bad in that "balanced" pool? Might as well as them to just put in only the champs you want or we'll never be happy.

I've got 40 6*'s and way more of the "bad" champs. If you're contemplating quitting for bad pulls, this game isn't for you anyway. As would be the same most every game.

Or they could just buff all those trash champs they have in basic pool
Which I believe they will at some point. I was good with the HB pull.

No, Sinister is hot garbage. I have a dupe 6* and his damage output is pathetic. Took him to R2 in a beta and he's horrible
    shrug I like him.

Some statistics... let's take seatin's rank 5 list for simplicity and say that anyone in that list is desirable. In his April's edition he lists 40 champs. I believe there are currently about 170 champs in the game so the ratio of good/not good pulls is 40/170 or 4/17. This should also be the chance of getting a "good" champ every time you open a 6 star crystal. That's approximately 23.5%.

Now the OP posted a list of 24 champs with only 1 of them in the "desirable" list. Let's say he got none. What is the chance of this happening? Well it is simply 1-23.5% (i.e. the chance of not getting a good champ that is) to the power of 24. Excel is telling me that this equals 0.16% or roughly 1 in 625.

So given there are a lot of people playing this game and have that many champs, 1 in 625 is not that difficult to happen. If it happened to a lot of people though that would be a different story.

That roster is bad no question about it. But this can happen based on the current rng it seems. Of course this is not fun given all the investment and if you are one of the 625 that get the short stick what do you do? In my case I am just quitting the game since I can't be bothered to depend on luck so much.

Op has at least 8 usable champs on their 6* roster.

Honestly, I don't know why people don't spend more time just enjoying the Champs rather than chasing after someone else's list of what's good and what's not.

    Someone else list...lol

Can I see your roster. Would like to see how many of those 28 you have ranked at R2.
My choices are different. I have Aegon, and I'd take him for sure. I'd also take Kingpin because he has Unstoppable Heavy, and the AI doesn't always allow you to get a Heavy in for Aegis in War. The point I'm making is I don't depend on someone else's review to determine what's useful and what isn't. I base it on what I consider useful. I don't call everything that isn't a God Tier garbage. I look to how I can make the best of what I have. Besides that, I quite enjoy spending time getting to know newer Champs. There's a great deal of enjoyment that's missed when you're targeting Champs too narrowly.

If that's the case, please show how many of those you have ranked up in your roster. Would be nice to see if you really walk the talk.

And by the way that's not my roster. Its my ally mate and it's wrong that someone who has completed so much content hasn't been able to pull a single desirable 6*, while many of less skilled (including myself) have been so lucky with 6*. Looking at the expectation of role 6* will play in future content, many who ain't that lucky would have to either spend to get those 6*s or would have to hang boot. This is not fair.
Well I already posted my 6* roster. As you can tell when you look at my roster, I only have 1 of the 8 form what is usable on your ally mates roster. I have like 6 or 7 of 40 from my own and I took Sym Supreme and Corvus to R2.

From your ally mates roster, I'd R2 Mysterio, Nebula, Heimdall, Angela, Red Hulk, Proxima and Sentinel. I like playing Mr Sinister but I think for R2 he needs to be duped.

At 50 Hits. I'm not finna build a Combo in War. I want to get Aegis removed as soon as possible so I can start taking Health off.

You have Rulk and Nebula from that list. Rank up mate and share with us here
I forgot I had her. I don't have rank up resources. I also have Rhulk as a 5* ranked so I'm not going to waste resources just to play whatever game you're playing.

You have people telling you that your alliance mates roster isn't that bad but instead of listening, you are throwing everything back in people's faces. There are far worse 6* rosters out there than that person's.

I stand by what I originally said. I'd they want to quit because of pulls, this isn't the game for them. That roster is far more usable than many.

I mean at least to me that’s a ok roster nothing special but Mysterio is amazing red hulk and Angela are quite underrated. Heimdall is extremely useful in synergy’s Sentinel is extremely good. Sinster is quite nice. Gamora after the rework is a very fun champ to play.Proxima may not be the fastest around but she has some crazy damage. Nebula with your proxima is quite decent. So overall I think it’s not a bad roster you have some duds like cyclops and Diablo but overall I think this is quite a good roster nothing mind blowing but it’s certainly a solid 7/10-7.5/10 you have quite a few sleeper champs

Usable, sure, rank 2 worth? lol
Mysterio, Angela, Sentinel and Proxima are R2 worthy.
