Dual mutant champs decision

It seems I’m prone to pulling good 5* as long as I just pulled and ranked up them as 4* (no 4* are not completely irrelevant for me, it depends).

So as I maxed out Havok I soon got him as a 5*, and yesterday I duped 5* Omega Red (got him after ranking him to 4/5 recently). I have limited resources and thinking of what to do. Omega is at sig 26 but have generic I could put on him. Also have the two rank up gems even if they aren’t much.

Someone here that could give advice on what they would do??

    My biggest issue here as you may see is my lack of enough mutant tier 4.

    I would put all these resources to 5* Omega and try to take him as high as possible. He pairs very nicely with your ST as well. Then start working on 5* Havok.

    Great advice, thank you! Was thinking the same of ST, love to use him too.
