Electro buff

I see nerf posts everywhere now how about we start some buff posts to even old champs to new ones.
My first request is electro, the biggest glass cannon in the game.
We all know his attack isn't bad but his health is so bad he dies from stepping on a Lego.
The big question is why is he affected by shock?
In a way to balance him if a shock buff is applied to him he should get a life steal.
He should also gain power like ultron and marvel from energy attacks plus be energy resistant.
This will bring him back to closer to everyone else as not all champs are energy champs and not all champs apply shock!

the only buff he'd need is to be Immune to Shock. Just because of Lore. Nothing else, he's right as he is: a decent glass cannon, and a really annoying defender because of the unavoidable damage

Last time I checked rocket was the biggest glass cannon in the game. And no, it's pretty obvious you don't really understand how to use Electro if you think he needs a buff.
