Ghost sp2 third attack did not connect after second connext

He team,

Whole playing with ghost. Sometime ghost special 2's second hit connect but not third one. Which makes opponent not fall on the ground and ghost become easy target.

That was because the first hit didn't land and because of that the distance wasn't enough. For eg. If you do black widow's sp1 and you are far away it won't hit because it a melee special attack.
