    Anyone at Kabam that reads this.. please help me..... I use to have mystic dispersion rank 3 or 4.. is been quite a while since u guys reworked on it.. but when u guys did.. u guys closed it for me and open cosmic.. dont know why u guys did that.. and I dont have the mystic little cones to open it.... I dont have them in inventory... I need it open again. In game name mr. ST... it's been a while I dont usually do this but I spend units and loyalty on that..
