Combat regeneration boost did not reset in loyalty store.

I purchased one a few days ago. The boost has returned to the loyalty store, but the store acts as if I purchased it today, which I did not. The timer had reset. As we are allowed up to five, I am not sure why I am not permitted to purchase one. Is this a bug?
