Anyone else in Tier 5 war or higher having issues

Last war it seemed that the defense tactic we picked (Flow) was applied to the other alliances defense and vice versa. They picked Dodge, we fought AGAINST Flow and they fought against Dodge, our defenders were set for Flow and they walked right thru it since the tactic didnt get applied to OUR defenders. And to clear things up, I am an officer, we do have screenshots, there was no changing tactics according to the others either. Im wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
