Making alliance wars fun and competitive

Dear Kabam,
I would like to share what I think would be an actual fix to alliance wars not being fun. I’ve been extremely unhappy like many others with this game since becoming and end game player and finishing in masters a bunch of seasons in a row.

Here’s what I’m proposing:
Alliance wars in its current form, and gets replaced with something similar to a boss rush. Each map would become a single path, where the defending bg chooses defenders and modifier set on each node. The final boss or possible last few bosses, have phases like the grandmaster, eq thanos, 6.2 champion, etc. The expectation would be that you don't finish, and teams are measured on how close they get by fights finished and health left on the final boss.

Regardless of changing the format, the most important change to AW is to remove the spending on potions and boosts. I get that this generates revenue for you, but it also makes AW the most stressful part of the game at higher levels. It's also the reason no one has loyalty for AQ and has to buy donations. You shouldn't have to spend 50k of loyalty and units for boosts almost every war to compete. If you want to make war fun, you need to remove some of the stress. We're already competing for prize tiers, which is stressful enough. When you add on the stress of knowing a couple bad wars could leave you financially unable to finish the season with your alliance anyways, most people I know (including myself) quit masters/p1/p2 after a couple seasons.

You need to either remove the potions/boosts/revives entirely, or make them freely available to everyone in the same amount if you want the game to actually be competitive. There is nothing competitive about a game mode where spending is the key to success. You can't compare the competition if there aren't enough variables in your equation. Currently, the only thing that really matters is keeping your death count as close to 0 as possible since not finishing the map isn't ever an option.

The game has a lot of great aspects, and you seem to be confused about your player base. We want to spend money on the game, just not in the places you are forcing us to. We don't want to spend crazy amounts of money on potions and boosts for war and AQ, we'd rather spend to finish content, or on crystals that actually have a chance of getting us champs that actually help us. R4's are worthless in all of the new content unless you are one of the very best players, and hardly anyone can get the champs they want to r5(r2-3 for 6*). I don't even want to finish content because the resources are always sitting in my stash expiring because I can't get good champs....and I open a lot of crystals.

Your marketing team is obviously the ones in charge of the company (I worked for a similar game company), but they are choosing to be short sighted instead of choosing to play the long game. They leave your organization brittle to boycotts, because your spending is primarily done by the few top spenders. It only takes a minority to hurt your bottom line. Look at how many people buy your special $1 crystal deals or similar deals. You can make the same or more money if you make the deals reasonable for normal people. People love marvel, and the base of this game is great...it could live for a very long time if you make it sustainable without needing the whales...there's no shortage of superhero fans with phones.
