Red room target not working after today's maintenance?!

I have duel with today's target yellow jacket but it is not completing. I have tried to defeat in quest as well but still not get success to get target card. Is it bug after today's maintenance? Is it happening for all? Not sure.

    I have tried for vulture as well. I haven't completed vulture target and I have tried today for that as well but not working for that as well

    Hey folks looks like I had some issue with my phone lagging but it's working now
