Premium hero crystal shards

With the future release on 6 stars and having making 4 and 5 stars more accessible, are you going to continue with PHC giving out very rare shots at 4 stars or will the odds finally be increased a bit as 2 and 3 star heroes will be literally useless. Not sure if this has been asked.

    I think this was the point of introducing the grandmasters crystal.

    New players will still have the phc as those will be useful to them so I don't see the phc crystal being removed.
