I send revive to my alliance mate but he didn't receive that ....he restart the game 2 time but not showing any mail regarding gift

Can you send a ticket to our support team about this?
To do so, click the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen. From there select "support" and fill out the ticket submission.
