I just pulled this guy after getting a featured crystal from a rift. I have no experience with him, and don’t know much about him. Is he good? Does he need an ag or sig stones? All feedback is appreciated.

    Hold heavy till pure of heart -> hit enemy with heavy attacks to apply bad karma -> once you are pure of heart and the enemy has 5 bad karma unleash your 2nd special for insane amount of incinerate damage for the win.
