Ever increasing RNG frustration and suggestions for how to improve player experience

I believe most players will agree that the character pool is so large and the chance of obtaining a character you will be happy to get are abysmal.

A few suggestions of things I would love to see in the game to address this :

- replace nexus crystals with character choice crystals as ultimate prizes for the most challenging content in the game. The nexus crystals are one of the most well-received recent additions, and while they are nice and give you some level of choice in the end you will still have to choose between 3 items with an extremely low chance of being what you want. Simply give us a "choice crystal" so we can pick the one character we want most, having a one-time opportunity to pick a character after finishing some of the most difficult content would surely not break the game. Nexus crystals might be good for the price of the featured crystal, but finishing the most difficult in-game content only to have a choice of 3 utterly useless champions is soul-crushingly disappointing.

- increase the availability of crystals similar to the ones available in the incursions store. It would be great to see the current featured crystal be replaced with a wider selection of chaos/evolution/war etc. crystals.

- add a "crystal box" item that contains a fixed number of characters (let's say it contains 100 in total from which 50 are 3*, 38 are 4*, 11 are 5* and 1 is 6* - the same drop rates as the current cavalier crystal). Just as today with crystals we pay a price to randomly pick one character from the box, but the character we end up pulling is not added back to the box (so if you open 5 crystals from the box and you get one 4* and 4 3* characters, the box will then have 95 characters remaining - 46 3*, 37 4*, 11 5* and 1 6*). This box could be reset by the player at any time (and re-populated with a fresh batch of 100 characters). From a statistical point of view this object would model the concept of drawing "without replacement" (while the current crystals use the "with replacement" model). This does not directly address the "bad odds" frustrations we have with currently available crystals, but it will at least address the frustrations we have with long streaks of bad luck. Unlike the current crystals, the odds of getting something good will slightly increase over time and if we actually stick to it and open all items in the box we will have a guaranteed value. We could also have a "featured" variation of this item, where the rare drops are known and not random (i.e. you know the box will contain a 6* cyclops and you can choose to go after the coveted prize)
