I have a question, can you reduce the ability accuracy of an ability accuracy reduction?
I know it's stupid, but it is an interesting inquiry.

    I would assume so...

There isn't any scenario where that would happen, I believe. Both don't interact with each other

The example in my mind was domino vs black widow. Since both reduce the ability accuracy of the other would one reduce the ability accuracy of the ability accuracy reduction of the other?

But to answer, no, ability accuracy doesn't modify the opponent's ability accuracy ability

From my observations yes you can reduce the ability to reduce ability accuracy.

Like for instance Domino can cause Proxima to fail her 200% offensive ability accuracy and thus take critical failure damage. Or Quake can shut off Domino’s -15% AAR at the start of a fight if she holds heavy to start. There are other instances I’ve seen but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

Or additionally Proxima can always parry BW and Electra (when prox has a debuff).
