Namor's No Bleed Outrage

In his info it says that namor gains an extra outrage when a bleed fails to apply due to an immunity or the opponent purifying it. So why is it in the videos i watch about him people seem to think he gets the extra outrage charge against any opponent when a bleed fails to apply due to chance not just against a bleed immune? That's not caused by an immunity. Am i missing something?

    Yep, against any bleed immune champ other than robots namor will gain an outrage. If namor fails to apply a bleed to a champ by RNG he’ll also gain an outrage.

    Yeah I guess it’s not completely clear, but as long as the bleed fails and the opponent isn’t a robot he will gain an outrage.
