Suggestion for a new reward item.

I believe an item should be created to add a star to any existing champ a player possesses. The thought of being able to take an existing maxed out 4* and converting it to a 5* would be awesome. This would give end game players an incentive to still go after lower star champs knowing that they can be brought up to a higher star rating.
