So I blocked a special attack from him and took damage. Is this normal? Aren't they supposed to do no damage when blocked or is that only something on OG Vision? Or was that a change post LoL?

    that's what I was wondering. it doesn't say anything about no damage from blocked specials in his abilities

    It's only in LoL. Both Vision's there deal damage from special attacks
