I reently pulled her and wondere if i should take her to R3 AND R4.

    Depends on your progression. Shes decent for act 5 if you're starting on it.
    If youve only got around 15 or so 5*'s yeah you can r3 her and she'll do great things for you.
    But if you've got a good amount of 5*'s, she's kind of fallen behind other skill champs.

    I would say no further than r3 until she is duped, because then she unlocks special attack safeguard and 2% AAR per combo hit. If she is duped definitely worth considering r4
