In-Game Beat the Boss Tournament

Hello, Summoners
We have all seen players like Seatin and Legacy which compete in the New-York Comic-Con. But what about players who play on the same level but cannot afford to start a YouTube channel or take a flight to New-York? Kabam, can we have an in-game tournament for small players? Maybe consisting of a simple battle where you can choose any champion and battle. The top players or some sort of system would get a chance from Kabam themselves to go on a higher level. I think it's high time that this game is taken to a global or PvP competitive level. What do you think?

It would be highly prone to mercing if it was open to everyone. Things like this would have to be addressed before creation.

On the flip side I think it would be very interesting to see a solo competitive mode. I think the positives of engaging in a new game mode could outweigh the negatives of a few players trying to exploit the system.
