Free Intel Usage

I have a doubt regarding the free Intel. I purchased the T4 chrono and have done my runs. Had 7 more T4 keys to purchase. I bought it with the free Intel and have 6.5k left over.

Question is: this Intel store coming in June, is it only for people who purchased intel through the daily deals, or for everyone to spend excess intel on? And if it's the latter, should I used the excess intel in the T3 rifts

    Use it in T3 rifts, as we all are doing. Better that than nothing!

    I won't have sufficient energy refills so once exhausting T4 rifts, will stop even with Intel left over.
