Tips to Parry dash attack?

This is driving me nuts. I seem to be missing my parry on dash attacks consistently. Not an issue close up, I have about a 90% parry rate. But that dash attack, more like 5%. I watch the action point, and BAM they're already on me, comboed to the face. Anyone have some tips? Do you find some champs have a mad fast dash attack?

Idk what to say besides just practice. You don’t need to just tap your screen for an instant to parry; you can hold it down and still get a parry. I wouldn’t cling to the action point thingy, it’s more of a visualization of the general area that the AI does stuff. Especially when you probably aren’t fighting the generally aggressive AI. Just play RoL and do a 4 hit combo, dash back and try to parry his dash.

Yep. I find it easier to parry their dash simply because it gives you a bit more time. Idk what a action point is but whatever it is it can’t be that useful seeing as I’ve never needed it/heard of it before. I’d probably ignore it completely because as @Hammerbro_64 said above, they’re probably the thing messing you up

We're basically talking about the same thing, yes, got you. But RoL! Of course! I've been looking for somewhere to practice. Totally just did a number on winter soldier with Domino.

They removed the action point. A while ago. The ai runs right up to you. Forcing you to do quick draw parries. The ai often runs right up to me and stands still not blocking or anything. If I let up my block and attack I eat a combo before I can get a light attack off.
