2 star red room crystals

Soon will end the monthly event and with that the possibility to enter the red rooms. Although Kabam have granted us with 10k Intel, I cannot use all of that due to lack of time, and I would like to know/ask if it was possible to exchange the remaining Intel for the 2 star red room crystals.
For example maybe 200 Intel for 1 Red room 2 star crystal or so
