You can't. You can submit a ticket to Kabam, and they might tell you that they will remove him. Several weeks will go by, and nothing will happen. Even if you do AQ/AW during this time, you'll be forced to do it with a man down. People in the alliance will start to lose patience with Kabam. So everyone in your alliance quits the alliance and reforms somewhere else or scatters to different alliances. After a couple months, you start to wonder if your leader's account is even in the game anymore, search for the name, and find out that he's not the leader of the alliance anymore.
Not that I know from personal experience or anything...
