I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to fix something. I recently made an accidental purchase, second time ever, they reversed the last one earlier this year. They send me the security questions and my answers don’t pass. I then go through a two week back and forth where I get all automated messages. They will not tell me which question doesn’t match my account. I have responded with photos of my drivers license and card used. I have tried everything. I have demanded a supervisor, contacted the owners netmarble, all I get are automated responses. Between my three accounts I’ve spent thousands. My account has basically been high jacked. I will never know what is wrong in the questions therefor effectively locking me forever out of an apps information and support for my account. The idea of no customer service number or supervisor and automated responses from a business I’ve spent thousands on, I cannot think of another place in America this would occur. Where does one go from here? I’m reaching out to anyone that can help. If these were security questions I chose I could blame myself. The frustration that comes along with owning an account, knowing the very first four star, max out, everything about it and not understanding how to get it serviced is maddening and anyone from a player to kabam could help in anyway.
