Ghost being hit while phasing

Tier 1 AW, Siphon, Node 55.

From the photograms it is clear that I didn’t move, neither forward or backward.
The phasing just disappeared, replaced by a punch in the face.

    Definitely seems like a bug to me, mysterio has no miss counter to my knowledge and neither do the aw miniboss nodes

    Also it was at the beggining of the timer.
    He attacked me immediately after my fourth hit, so I had totally no reason to do anything except to stand still. The image is clear, Ghost is not moving.
