Domino/RED Hulk Bug?

I thought it was just me until I spoke to my alliance and theyve noticed it as well. The domino rhulk synergy must be bugged. I'm not getting as big of incinerate damage. I used to get massive ones all the time. My rank 2 6 star would get 3k 4k 5k incinerated and that would be normal all day with lower and much higher sprinkled in. I just did 10 Uncollected fights and never got 1 over 1.6k. What's up?

It's based on the damage you're heavy does so if you're not criting or your damage is capped the incinerate will reflect that
