Nick fury bug

I was using my four star version of nick fury in his second phase against a Mr. Fantastic, in room 8 of a sector 6 incursion. I diet take note of how the fight started, but all I cared about was playing safe till I launched a special one attack and then go all ham on him. After throwing my sp1, I realized I got only 4 charges, so I then had to pause the game and saw I had no fury buff. Which was very strange because he had two link nodes on him:
1. Aggressive armor.
2. Then some other weak node too.
But it had nothing to do with nullification of buffs. Neither was it that useless no buffs/no debuff node (forgotten the name). He had no mechanic to do with buffs, but still I experienced that issue.

    I went in with him in his real phase already. How do you stagger a buff that's already active?
    Stagger removes buffs that activates after it.

    In incursions there is a rare hack, I can’t remember exactly but it goes something like this...

    Remove one of your buffs and an opponents buffs to apply a (type of debuff) on the opponent.

    Is it possible you chose this rare hack in a room prior?

    Like I said it’s something along those lines I don’t know the exact wording. So don’t attack me lol

    I know that hack, I don't go for that garbage typically.
    I had lightening fist and on for sure, but no need to worry about it, because It's not relevant anymore.
