Random Venompool - "Restored Bug!?!"

So I was in arena before and come across a 3* Venompool, now I have a 4* VP 5/50 and use him for fun, I like him a lot.

But while I was against this be Venompool, while putting Armor Break on him, it would come up "Restored" and get rid of the bleed.

Is this a new thing or a bug? Never seen it before.

    This happened to me against ultron in arena as well. Had some armor breaks on him and he restored

    Is IIF sig ability. Don't get hit if you want to keep the armor breaks

    When IIF gets hit, his armor breaks on the opponent go away. That's what Restored means. It's the main difference btw the white and original one's signature abilities (concentration vs focus).

    The pic above is IIF. Skill syms in AQ can do it when hit with criticals also

    How has no one pointed out that the OP stated they were using Doctor Voodoo and was placing armor breaks on Venom Pool and bleeds were recovered. So many contradictions

    "Bleeds" was edited. It was armor breaks.
    No one said anything about Doctor Voodoo.
    His screenshot has IIF vs Venompool, and "restored" is IIF ability

    From what I understand, "Restored" is a random and rare Buff that pops up for any Champ. I've had it come up using my Electro. There could be more information on it. I'm not as familiar with it.
