Hawkeye needs a buff

Hawkeye really needs to be relevant again cus hes dead in people's eyes at least give him a buff like when ever hawkeyes uses his emp arrow it has a 100% chance to stun and power drain his opponent and the stun last for 4 seconds an when ever he uses his sp 2 it has a chance to armor break and cause a critical bleed to his opponent an also change his basic attack where he can use his bowstaff in his combo and at least give him a passive furry buff raising his attack by 85%
