How well does this synergy work against Variant 2 Science Adaptiod?

This is a synergy from Iron Man (IW). And I was wondering if anyone has used this against him at all? And if so do you have any footage?

I used that synergy when I did it. Wasn't the easiest but it was useful.

The synergy you suggested works, but you’d better bring some revives......

1) Quake (use Quake fighting skills);
2) Mole man (XL + true strike);
3) Cull Obsidian (XL + five persistent charges);
4) Kingpin (XL + Daredevil synergy);

Besides the one you provided, above are some of the common options for this map.
