level 3 alliance health potions

can we get the level 3 single alliance health potions back in the daily store for loyalty? level 2 potions are still available so it seems odd that level 3 have been taken away. i save loyalty specifically for those potions and now they are gone. id rather not be forced to spend glory on them when they already were available elsewhere once a week...
