Cannot view Player Profiles, including my own

Just started today. I click on a player, view profile, screen goes dark. Can't back out of it. Have to restart game. Have tried clearing cache, restarted game, and phone, several times. Also, it just froze up on a menu screen, also couldn't back out of it. Had to restart game. This is on Android, Samsung Galaxy S9.
