Joe Fixit Rework Idea

Joe Fixit

Signature Ability

At the start of the fight and each 20 seconds, joe fixit gets one of 5 possible poker hands for 4-10 seconds. All bonuses start with a 25% chance except Royal Flush, starts with 0% chance. For every 20 hits on the combo meter, joe fixit increases royal flush chance by 10%.

If Joe Fixit triggers royal flush phase twice, chance gets reduced to 10% and chance cant be increased for 20 seconds.

Royal Flush - All bonus effects are active with additional effects( additional effects at bold)

Straight Flush - Joe Fixit receives armor, physical resistance and energy resistance. During this phase, joe fixit cant receive critical attacks, including blocked attacks and attacks cant ignore resistances or armor. (Joe Fixit receives 10% block proficiency and heals for 15% of blocked damage before resistances and armor)

Four of a kind - Joe Fixit medium attacks places a passive stagger for 3 seconds. Light Attacks pauses the duration for 3 seconds. Idle for 1 second refresh the duration of the stagger.
(Everytime a buff triggers,, instead of nulllyfing it, joe fixit steals the bonus with 50% duration and potency)

Full House - Attack Rating gets increased by 50% and medium attacks deals 20% bonus damage. Light Attacks cant be evaded, everytime they would be evaded joe fixit gets a crit rate buff per 5 seconds. Max of 2( Joe Fixit receives 15% attack for each debuff on the enemy)

Flush - Joe Fixit gets lifesteal, healing for 10% damage dealt by basic attacks, if opponent is stunned, life steal gets increased by +50%.(Joe fixit places a passive heal block and receives 20% of health gained if there were no heal block)



Smart Hulk / Ruthless Hulk

Joe Fixit starts the fight with 50 Hulk charges. When phases end, charges get back to 50 and cant increased or reduced for 7 seconds

Taking damage reduces Hulk Charges. If charges reach 0, joe fixit gets smart hulk phase for 10 seconds.
If joe fixit manages to deal damage during this phase( not counting block damage), The phase ends immediately

Dealing damage increases hulk charges. If charges reach 100, Joe Fixit enters Ruthless Hulk phase. If Joe Fixit takes damage, this phase ends immediately

Smart Hulk Phase - Everytime Joe Fixit gets attacked with the same basic attack or special attack in a row, Joe Fixit places a falter debuff and power burning 50% of current power

Ruthless Hulk - Light Attacks have 70% to place a small armor break for 8 seconds.


Passive

Joe Fixit is immune to poison and ability accuracy reduction


Heavy Attacks

Converts 2 small armor breaks into a big passive armor break for 15 seconds


Special Attacks
During special attacks debuffs are paused

Special Attack 1

If during Ruthless Hulk, each hit deals 500 extra damage for each debuff
If during Smart Hulk, each hit drains 10% of a bar of power, this triggers through block. If enemy reaches 0 power from this attack, receives extra damage.

Special Attack 2

If during Ruthless Hulk, feared debuff is placed on the enemy, reducing attack rating by 50% and reduce block proficiency by 30% for 15 seconds
If during Smart Hulk, if this special attack is blocked, defender receives for 10 seconds syphon debuff.

Special Attack 3

Places a paralyze debuff for 12 seconds. Stunning the champion and doesnt receive power from attacks.
