Modok room crash after winning a fight

My game force crashed yesterday thrice after winning a fight and on logging back the opponent instead of being dead is on full health and my champ has lost half health. I was forced to used 2 revives because of this on epic difficulty. I need you to investigate and compensate me the 2 revives I lost. I am in a tier 3 plat 3 (presently maybe plat 2 when season ends) alliance doing mix of map 6 & 7. Mentioned this so that you know I am not a noob player.
