I have run my own alliance and it is fun to do so. However, I am fine now where I am as an officer, a relaxed alliance with nice rewards.
Recruiting and running a new alliance is tough. I think the best way to do it is to open new alliance, then have automatically people join, sift through that for a couple of weeks and then start recruiting on the forum or global.
Also, we have no idea how experienced you are, what your roster is, your goal
