Archangel vs. The Collector

Hey there. Few hours after Act 5.2 was released, I've heard a rumour that AA (Archangel) can easily take down Collector with his Neurotoxin ability which is a passive meaning tenacity will not take over. However, the steps to get that Neurotoxin is definitely not gonna be easy.
I won't ask this if I have AA myself to test it out but clearly I don't.
Anyway, if you possess a video of AA taking down COllector, please share it with the community to help us grow in the game.

    Actually funny thing is The Collector basically dies more from the degeneration node than you actually hitting him. I'm pretty sure he has a version of Safeguard, but he has a lot of health so most things still deal less than it protects from.

    However, for Archangel yes that could work, but remember he will tenacity away a lot of the bleeds you would need to get Neurotoxin and he also has bleed resistance below a certain threshold (unless you can get Assassin and Pacify working on him). Max Pacify helps a lot because it reduces the chances of him getting rid of parry stuns with tenacity, and then he still has ability accuracy reduction while stunned.

    Beyond that some of the best characters either avoid specials or can survive them (aka outlast The Collector for as many hits as possible). I suppose even a duped Punisher could be amazing. If his awakened ability was high enough so that it would trigger every time it would let you extend the fight a lot longer and get a lot more degen.

    If the Archangel thing works out please post it here and let us know. A lot of people are still theorycrafting on best ways to take down The Collector.

    I have arch angel at 4* r5. Someone claimed this as well (and also bc the more bleeds the less Tenacity triggers). I got a few neurotoxins on him one fight and did quite a bit of damage. But like a previous poster stated, he gets to l1 you are dead. The other times I tried using him besides that one fight, it went terribly. The reason is that if you aren't using heavies, it's really hard to trigger bleed. So, you need to parry/heavy. But with collector shrugging off your parries, that's really difficult. U need to get lucky and land a parry that isn't shrugged off and then 3 bleeds on your initial heavy that aren't shrugged off. Then, u can do some damage to him.
