Cannot access game on wifi

I have sent several tickets regarding this issue, however support keeps giving me the same generic response.
Ever since maintenance the other day I am unable to access the game while using wifi. Every time the game loads I am met with the “game down for scheduled maintenance” screen.
I can access the game on cellular, however I am immediately logged out if I switch over to wifi.
The obvious solution of using cellular only unfortunately won’t work in this instance, as my coverage is so poor I can barely play, hence the need to use wifi.
To be clear, this is still happening, as I type this message, so it it obviously not during scheduled maintenance of any kind as support insist on, so I’m asking for someone to please look into this issue as i cannot seem to get any kind of assistance via the usual channels, thanks
