Throw him some Poison Immunity. Make his buffs refresh upon getting another one rather than a unique one. Soup up his buff potency and increase the buff cap.
I was playing around the other day with surfer and I realized his damage is around gwenpool's damage level. If this champion was released earlier or not that over hyped, the community would love him more.

Except compared to Gwenpool or even Corvus their damage is way more accessible for less then Silver Surfers.
If a majority of players aren’t using a champion like Proxima Midnight, who I think is easier to play and more rewarding damage wise, why would anyone use Silver Surfer who’s the complete antithesis to her?
I have to wonder how much more popular Proxima would of been if her missions were set up like Corvus where they were all avaible to complete at once instead going from one to the next one. This would have circumvented her bigger weakness being her block, but I’m guessing Kabam intended for her to be a one and done fighter that needs constant potions as a means of balance.
I also wonder where Silver Surfers damage sits compared to Night Thrasher who again is another champion who is way easier to play and way more rewarding.
