Aegon True Accuracy Buff is Now an Active Buff

I first noticed it fighting human torch in AQ, but once you get over 150 hits on the combo meter, Aegon now gets an active True Accuracy buff after every critical. This previously used to be a passive one so it didn't trigger buffet...but now it's active so it does.

The ability description for Aegon also clearly says it should be passive too:

His ability doesn't imply that is either a buff or a passive effect.

Also, it always was a buff, judging by the icons alone.

Agreed, it's always been a buff. Pretty sure the intended meaning of "passive ability" means it's not tied to a buff like that of Venom's Klyntar buff.
