Whom to take rank 5 as 4*??

I don't know what's ur progress in the game... But i'd say it's better to rank 3 a 5* rather than rank 5 a 4* as 4* are trash after act 5

So i have become uncollected in 2018 and that time i quit the game for a 1.5 year and recently last month i came back to game.....i only have 3 decent 5* champion (archangel unduped r4, electra r3 and recently pulled x-23)among 20 5*(many of the worst ones are duped)..!!!!

I'd say u should work on getting more 5* champions
