Fighting Enemies Twice in Quests & Story [Fix in Progress]

Been having an issue to where I've bee having to fight opponents twice in Quests and Story. I would fight and beat the opponent and then it would reset my health and opponent would be back to full health. Has done this several times. Was wondering if there is going to be a fix for this issue.

    Same thing is happening to me. The game is also shutting down completely mid fight. About once per quest no lag or anything, just a complete shut down.

    This mostly happens to me after I force quit to save a champ. Same for you?

    No I never force quit. It is shutting down on it's own.
