Weird optimization pop up [Closed]

I'm getting this pop up everytime I log on since updating last night, only when I'm away from WiFi. I click continue and it just goes away. Not a big deal, just curious if anyone knows what this is.

Hey OP. Sorry that you're getting that pop-up in your game. As mentioned in the post winterthur provided, we're aware of this and working on a fix. Fortunately, it's not actually downloading any data. Thanks for your patience while we work on this!
