Overall Mutant is the best class in my opinion. Other classes has some of the top champs in game (Ghost, Quake, Corvus), but as an entire class, the vast majority of mutant champs are usable, with some extremely useful ones towards the top of their tier list (Sunspot, Havok, Omega Red, Emma, Colossus, Archangel, Ice Man, Wolverine...and who knows how Magneto will look after the buff).
Adding Magneto to the mutant list just makes it that much more superior to the other classes. He will probably replace the need for cosmic against tech.
