Artificial intelligence on AQ should be artificial dumbness

The enemies on alliance quest (map 5) are stupid. They are always with open guard, when I get tired and go forward they always intercept. They almost never uses sp1 or 2. Why the AI of enemies in AQ are different from other quests???? Thats ridiculous

    Yes I find them rather passive and they wait for opportunities to counter attack.

    So what I do now is dash back, whiff an attack, and be ready to parry as they dash in. Whiffing attacks seems to tempt them into a more aggressive style.

    Hit into their block, most of the time they retaliate.
