Dr. Voodoo special bug

I’m not sure if this is a known issue or not but I have recently r5 my Dr. Voodoo and I started to notice my specials getting blocked right after a 5 hit combo sp1 and sp2. I know I am not pausing in between inputs it’s like the first hit isn’t registering and they just block it and destroy me. If this is not a know bug I will try to get video evidence of this.

    It's better to provide video evidence right away if you feel it's a bug.
    Not sure if it's a known issue but I've been using him a lot and this doesn't happen to me
