6.3.1 path 3 Medusa chapter true strike broken

I used vision arrkus as seen here. Not sure if I had Coldsnap active as well but true strike from the cosmic buff eternals boon or whatever one gives true strike. Ultron still evades here and does damage. He has mezmerize active and pilfer the power gain one where they steal buffs and gain power. Also spry but it shouldn’t matter with true strike active. Thanks.
