5 star Punisher

I just created this thread to ask if anyone has gotten the 5 star punisher. There has been speculation that after last night's maintenance he is now actually available but wasn't prior. Can anyone confirm they were able to pull him before the maintenance please?

There's a post on Reddit confirming 2 persons getting the 5* punisher. Happened after the maintenance on Tuesday night coincidentally enough.
