Why is auto fight activating on its own????

Cost me SW in act 4. Constantly activating and then you have to hit it 3 or 4 times to shut it down. By then you are koed

I have also seen this, it seems very incositent on when it activates by its self which makes it unpredictable on when it auto autofights.

I never use it and just wish they would get rid of it or make a setting to disable it
